SAP Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive SAP solution sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and recommending SAP solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, provide consultative support, and ensure customer satisfaction

Collaboration:

• Work closely with SAP consultants and technical teams to create customized proposals aligned with client needs.
• Partner with marketing teams for sales campaigns and other promotional initiatives

Market and Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on SAP product offerings, new developments, and industry trends to provide the best solutions

Team Leadership (in managerial roles):

• Lead and mentor sales teams to improve performance and achieve collective goals

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in SAP sales or business development. Prior exposure to SAP products, such as S/4HANA, CRM, or ERP solutions, is typically required

Skills:

• Expertise in SAP solutions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and market analysis

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), or Finance (FI) can be beneficial.
• Certifications in SAP or related platforms are often preferred.
