Skill Set:
- Product Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling software products across multiple regions, including India, Middle East, USA, and European markets.
- Client Interaction & Demos: Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively highlighting product features and benefits.
- Product Management: Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, including development, enhancement, and scaling.
- Market Research & Strategy: Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to influence product development and sales strategies.
- Sales & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers in diverse geographical regions.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and sales teams, to drive product success.
- Analytical & Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset to evaluate product performance, conduct market analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
- Global Exposure: Familiarity with business cultures and sales strategies specific to Indian, Middle Eastern, American, and European markets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demos for prospective clients across diverse regions (India, Middle East, USA, Europe), ensuring a thorough understanding of client requirements and product fit.
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with market demands and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored pitches and product presentations for different markets, ensuring effective positioning and value propositions.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to drive product development, improve features, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and new features.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the product sales cycle, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support, ensuring the product meets quality, time, and cost requirements.
