As a Project Manager with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for executing complex large-scale ERP and F&O implementation projects. You will lead these projects from initial planning through final deployment, ensuring seamless integration with custom systems. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP architecture, integration methodologies, and project management principles.

In addition to ERP implementation, you will work on integrating these systems with other business-critical applications, providing API support, and addressing customization needs. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams through successful project execution, driving both operational efficiency and business growth.

 

Expertise:

  • ERP & F&O Implementation: Extensive experience in implementing large-scale ERP systems, including Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
  • Custom Integrations: Skilled in integrating ERP systems with custom applications to meet business-specific needs.
  • Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships across different levels of the organization.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure smooth project execution.

Risk & Resource Management: Strong track record in managing risks, timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP and F&O systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and operational goals.
  • Oversee the integration of ERP systems with custom applications, including financial systems, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery within defined parameters.
  • Develop custom workflows, automated processes, and business process flows to streamline operations.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Expertise in logistics especially handling marine operations, harbor management, and supply chain management would be desirable
  • Expertise in handling cross-technical teams across different technology stacks – angular, react, .Net, etc.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruption.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in ERP and F&O technology, bringing innovative solutions to project challenges.

Skill Sets:

  • Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on ERP and F&O implementations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, MS teams, Open Project etc), and integration technologies (APIs, middleware).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Other Requirements: Ability to manage global projects, lead distributed teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
