Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of FSCM modules, strong consulting skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex business transformations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Project Delivery:
- Lead and participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 FSCM projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into effective solutions using Dynamics 365 FSCM.
- Configure and customize the FSCM modules to meet specific client needs.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) as needed.
- Provide training and support to end-users throughout the implementation process.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 FSCM.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate the value of the solution.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 FSCM and related technologies.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants on technical and functional aspects of the solution.
Skill Sets:
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 FSCM (Finance, Supply Chain Management) solutions.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting environment.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance and supply chain management.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, etc.).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or other customization tools.
- Knowledge of data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 FSCM.
