Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of FSCM modules, strong consulting skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex business transformations.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery:
    • Lead and participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 FSCM projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
    • Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into effective solutions using Dynamics 365 FSCM.
    • Configure and customize the FSCM modules to meet specific client needs.
    • Design and develop custom solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) as needed.
    • Provide training and support to end-users throughout the implementation process.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 FSCM.
    • Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate the value of the solution.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 FSCM and related technologies.
    • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practices.
    • Mentor and guide junior consultants on technical and functional aspects of the solution.

Skill Sets:

  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 FSCM (Finance, Supply Chain Management) solutions.
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting environment.
    • Experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements.
    • Strong understanding of business processes in finance and supply chain management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, etc.).
    • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or other customization tools.
    • Knowledge of data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 FSCM.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics etc
